Victron Victron Energy Smart Battery Protect 12/24V 220A – BPR122022000
When using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect any required engage/disengage levels can be set.Alternatively, one of nine predefined engage/disengage levels can be set with the programming pin (see manual). If required, Bluetooth can be disabled. The Smart BatteryProtect is not designed for reverse currents from charging sources. Features Protects the battery against excessive discharge and can be used as a system on/off switch The Smart BatteryProtect disconnects the battery from non-essential loads before it is completely discharged (which would damage the battery) or before it has insufficient power left to crank the engine. The on/off input can be used as a system on/off switch. 12/24V auto ranging The Smart BatteryProtect automatically detects system voltage one time only. Bluetooth: programming made easy When using Bluetooth to program the Smart BatteryProtect any required engage/disengage levels can be set. Alternatively, one of nine predefined engage/disengage levels can be set with the programming pin (see manual). If required, Bluetooth can be disabled. A special setting for Li-ion batteries In this mode the BatteryProtect can be controlled by the VE.Bus BMS Ultra-low current consumption This is important in case of Li-ion batteries, especially after low voltage shutdown. Please see our Li-ion battery datasheet and the VE.Bus BMS manual for more information. Over voltage protection To prevent damage to sensitive loads due to over voltage, the load is disconnected whenever the DC voltage exceeds 16.3V respectively 32.6V. Ignition proof No relays but MOSFET switches, and therefore no sparks. Delayed alarm output The alarm output is activated if the battery voltage drops below the preset disconnect level during more than 12 seconds. Starting the engine will therefore not activate the alarm. The alarm output is a short circuit proof open collector output to the negative (minus) rail, max. current 50 mA. The alarm output is typically used to activate a buzzer, LED or relay. Delayed load disconnect and delayed reconnect The load will be disconnected 90 seconds after the battery voltage drops below the preset level. If the battery voltage increases again to the connect threshold within this time period (after the engine has been started for example), the load will not be disconnected. The load will be reconnected 30 seconds after the battery voltage has increased to more than the preset reconnect voltage. Victron Victron Energy Smart BMS 12/200 – BMS210055000
It combines a Current Limiter, Battery Combiner and Battery Protector in a robust and compact solution and lets you safely connect any size 12V alternator (and starter battery), loads and chargers to Smart Lithium batteries. The Smart BMS 12/200 monitors and protects each individual battery cell within the battery (or battery bank) and will disconnect the alternator, charge sources or DC loads in case of low battery cell voltage, high battery cell voltage or over temperature. The dedicated alternator connection provides current limiting and one-way traffic from the alternator into the battery, this so any size alternator (and starter battery) can be safely connected to the Smart Lithium battery (or battery bank) and the starter battery is protected from excessive discharge. The BMS is equipped with Bluetooth for monitoring and configuration, a remote on/off connector, to turn the BMS (and the system) off via a remote switch and a pre-alarm contact, to give a warning signal before the BMS will disconnect the batteries from the system. Features Battery Management system The BMS connects to 12,8V Victron LiFePO4 (LFP) batteries. Up to 5 batteries may be connected in parallel. Can be used as a system on/off switch. Starter battery Protection This function is similar to that of a Cyrix Battery Combiner or Argo FET Battery Isolator. Current can flow to the LFP battery only if the input voltage (= voltage on the starter battery) exceeds 13V. Additionaly current cannot flow back from the LFP battery to the starter battery, thus preventing eventual damage to the LFP battery due to excessive discharge. Alternator and battery protection The input current is electronically limited to approximately 90% of the fuse rating. A 100A fuse, for example, will therefore limit the input current to approximately 90A. Choosing the right fuse will: a. Protect the LFP battery against excessive charge current (important in case of a low capacity LFP battery). b. Protect the alternator against overload in case of a high capacity LFP battery bank (most 12V alternators will overheat and fail if running at maximum output during more than 5 minutes). Load/battery charger output-input (Power Port SYSTEM+) This Power Port can be used to either charge or discharge the LFP battery (i.e. via a charger, an inverter or inverter/charger) with a maximum continuous current of 200A in both directions. Can also be used as a load output, thus DC loads can be connected directly to this port. The port is short-circuit protected with a peak discharge current of 400A. The Smart BMS will make sure that the battery discharge will cut-off in case of imminent cell under voltage. The Smart BMS will enable charging through this port, but no charge algorithm can be applied internally. Li-ion battery protection Excessive input voltage and transients are regulated down to a safe level. The Smart BMS will stop charging in case of cell over voltage or over temperature. It has three outputs, similar to the smallBMS: Load Disconnect output The Load output is normally high and becomes free floating in case of imminent cell under voltage (default 2,8V/cell, adjustable on the battery between 2,6V and 2,8V per cell). Maximum current: 10mA. The Load output can be used to control the remote on/off input of a Battery Protect, inverter, DC-DC converter or other loads. Pre-Alarm output The pre-alarm output can be used as warning when the battery voltage is low and it will trip shortly before the Load Disconnect output is disabled due to cell under voltage. The pre-alarm output may be used to drive a relay, LED or Buzzer. It can be configured as continuous or intermittent signal. The pre-alarm output is normally free floating and becomes high in case of imminent cell under voltage (default 3,1V/cell, adjustable on the battery between 2,85V and 3,15V per cell). Maximum current: 1A (not short circuit protected) The minimum delay between pre-alarm and load disconnect is 30 seconds. Charge disconnect output The Charge disconnect output is normally high and becomes free floating in case of imminent cell over voltage or over temperature. Maximum current: 10mA. The Charge disconnect output is not suitable to power an inductive load such as a relay coil. The Charge disconnect output can be used to control: the remote on/off of a charger, a Cyrix-Li-Charge relay, a Cyrix-Li-ct Battery Combiner. (Note: in some cases an interface cable will be needed, please see the manual.) Remote on/off input The remote on/off input controls the charging via the alternator. When off, charging via the alternator is disabled, while the BMS functionality will remain active allowing any loads and chargers to continue working regardless of the state of the remote input. When “system on/off switch” is enabled via VictronConnect, the BMS functionality will also be disabled. It consists of two terminals: Remote L and Remote H. A remote on-off switch or relay contact can be connected between H and L. Alternatively, terminal H can be switched to battery plus, or terminal L can be switched to battery minus Ignition proof No relays but MOSFET switches, and therefore, no sparks. Maximum continuous charge current 100A (with 125A fuse) DC power connection M8 DC connector battery minus Faston female, 6.3mm Maximum discharge current, Port SYSTEM+ 200A Maximum charge current, Port SYSTEM+ 200A Current consumption, remote off 5mA (BMS functionality active) Current consumption, no load operation 16mA (excluding Load output and Charge output current) Peak discharge current 400A Protection grade IP65

Victron Victron Energy Quattro-II 24V 5000VA 120-50A 50A – QUA242505010
Features A Quattro, plus ESS (Energy Storage System) functionality The Quattro-II can be connected to two independent AC sources, for example the public grid and a generator, or two generators. The Quattro-II will automatically connect to the active source. PowerControl and PowerAssist – Boosting the capacity of the grid or a generator A maximum grid or generator current can be set. The Quattro-II will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is extra for battery charging, thus preventing the generator or grid from being overloaded (PowerControl function). PowerAssist takes the principle of PowerControl to a further dimension. Where peak power is so often required only for a limited period, the Quattro-II will compensate insufficient generator, shore or grid power with power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery. Solar energy: AC power available even during a grid failure The Quattro-II can be used in off grid as well as grid connected PV and other alternative energy systems. It is compatible with both solar charger controllers and grid-tie inverters. Two AC Outputs The main output has no break functionality. The Quattro-II takes over the supply to the connected loads in the event of a grid failure or when shore/generator power is disconnected. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The second output is live only when AC is available on the input. Loads that should not discharge the battery, like a water heater for example, can be connected to this output. Parallel and three phase operation Up to 6 Quatros can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Six 48/5000/70 units, for example, will provide 25 kW / 30 kVA output power with 420 Amps charging capacity. In addition to parallel connection, three units of the same model can be configured for three phase output, and up to 6 sets of three units can be parallel connected per phase for a 75 kW / 90 kVA inverter and more than 1200 Amps charging capacity. On-site system configuring, monitoring and control Settings can be changed in a matter of minutes with VEConfigure software (computer or laptop and MK3-USB interface needed). Several monitoring and control options are available: Cerbo GX, Color Control GX, Venus GX, Octo GX, CANvu GX, laptop, computer, Bluetooth (with the optional VE.Bus Smart dongle), Battery Monitor, Digital Multi Control Panel. Victron Victron Energy MultiPlus 48/5000/70-100 VE.Bus – PMP485021010
Features Two AC Outputs The main output has no break functionality. The MultiPlus takes over the supply to the connected loads in the event of a grid failure or when shore/generator power is disconnected. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption. The second output is live only when AC is available on the input of the MultiPlus. Loads that should not discharge the battery, like a water heater for example can be connected to this output (second output available on models rated at 3 kVA and more). Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel operation Up to 6 Multis can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Six 24/5000/120 units, for example, will provide 25 kW / 30 kVA output power with 720 Amps charging capacity. Three phase capability In addition to parallel connection, three units of the same model can be configured for three phase output. But that’s not all: up to 6 sets of three units can be parallel connected for a huge 75 kW / 90 kVA inverter and more than 2000 Amps charging capacity. PowerControl – Dealing with limited generator, shore side or grid power The MultiPlus is a very powerful battery charger. It will therefore draw a lot of current from the generator or shore side supply (nearly 10 A per 5 kVA Multi at 230 VAC). With the Multi Control Panel a maximum generator or shore current can be set. The MultiPlus will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is extra for charging, thus preventing the generator or shore supply from being overloaded. PowerAssist – Boosting the capacity of shore or generator power This feature takes the principle of PowerControl to a further dimension. It allows the MultiPlus to supplement the capacity of the alternative source. Where peak power is so often required only for a limited period, the MultiPlus will make sure that insufficient shore or generator power is immediately compensated for by power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery. Solar energy: AC power available even during a grid failure The MultiPlus can be used in off grid as well as grid connected PV and other alternative energy systems. Loss of mains detection software is available. System configuring In case of a stand-alone application, if settings have to be changed, this can be done in a matter of minutes with a DIP switch setting procedure. Parallel and three phase applications can be configured with VE.Bus Quick Configure and VE.Bus System Configurator software. Victron Victron Energy Phoenix Smart IP43 Charger 12/30(3) 120-240V – PSC123053095
Features of the Phoenix Smart IP43 Charger 12/30(3) Bluetooth Smart enable Any Bluetooth enabled smart phone, tablet or other device can be used to monitor, to change settings and to update the charger when new software features become available. Adaptive 5-stage charge algorithm: bulk – absorption – recondition – float – storage The Phoenix Smart IP43 charger features our well-known ‘adaptive’ battery management system that can be pre-set to suit different types of batteries. The ‘adaptive’ feature will automatically optimise the charge process relative to the way the battery is being used. The right amount of charge: variable absorption time When only shallow discharges occur (a yacht connected to shore power for example) the absorption time is kept short in order to prevent overcharging of the battery. After a deep discharge the absorption time is automatically increased to make sure that the battery will be fully charged. Preventing damage due to excessive gassing: the BatterySafe mode If, in order to quickly charge a battery, a high charge current in combination with a high absorption voltage has been chosen, the charger will prevent damage due to excessive gassing by automatically limiting the rate of voltage increase once the gassing voltage has been reached Less maintenance and aging when the battery is not in use: the Storage Mode The Storage Mode kicks in whenever the battery has not been subjected to discharge during 24 hours. In the Storage Mode float voltage is reduced to 2,2 V/cell (13,2 V for a 12 V battery) to minimise gassing and corrosion of the positive plates. Once a week the voltage is raised back to the absorption level to ‘equalize’ the battery. This feature prevents stratification of the electrolyte and sulphation, a major cause of early battery failure. Victron Victron Energy 12V/14Ah AGM Deep Cycle Battery (BAT212120084)
All Batteries are Made By Leading Manufacturers The AGM range has very low internal resistance making them particularly suitable for high current discharge applications such as for inverters, thrusters and winches. VRLA AGM: design life 7-10 years Features VRLA technology VRLA stands for Valve Regulated Lead Acid, which means that the batteries are sealed. Gas will escape through the safety valves only in case of overcharging or cell failure. VRLA batteries are maintenance free for life. Sealed (VRLA) AGM Batteries AGM stands for Absorbent Glass Mat. In these batteries the electrolyte is absorbed into a glass-fibre mat between the plates by capillary action. As explained in our book ‘Energy Unlimited’, AGM batteries are more suitable for short-time delivery of high currents than gel batteries. Low Self-Discharge Because of the use of lead calcium grids and high purity materials, Victron VRLA batteries can be stored during long periods of time without recharge. The rate of self-discharge is less than 2% per month at 20°C. The self-discharge doubles for every increase in temperature by 10°C. Victron VRLA batteries can therefore be stored for up to a year without recharging, if kept under cool conditions. Exceptional Deep Discharge Recovery Victron VRLA batteries have exceptional discharge recovery, even after deep or prolonged discharge. Nevertheless repeatedly deep and prolonged discharge has a very negative effect on the service life of all lead acid batteries, Victron batteries are no exception. Battery Discharging Characteristics The rated capacity of Victron AGM and Gel Deep Cycle batteries refers to 20 hour discharge, in other words: a discharge current of 0,05 C. The rated capacity of Victron Tubular Plate Long Life batteries refers to 10 hours discharge. The effective capacity decreases with increasing discharge current (see table 1). Please note that the capacity reduction will be even faster in case of a constant power load, such as an inverter. Victron Victron Energy MultiPlus 12/1600/70-16 VE.Bus – PMP122160000
Features Uninterrupted AC power (UPS function) In the event of a grid failure, or when shore or generator power is disconnected, the inverter within the Multi is automatically activated and takes over the supply to the connected loads. This happens so fast (less than 20 milliseconds) that computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption Remote Monitoring and Control Monitor and control your MultiPlus and system or systems’ locally (LAN) or remotely via the internet from anywhere in the world, using the free VRM app and free VRM website. Access can be from a phone, tablet, laptop or PC for multiple operating systems. There is no end to the level of control, via the required Color Control GX or Venus GX, from adjusting your MultiPlus to setting a Geofence for hire vehicles and more… Proven reliability The full bridge plus toroidal transformer topology has proven its reliability over many years. The inverter is short circuit proof and protected against overheating, whether due to overload or high ambient temperature. PowerControl – Dealing with limited generator, shore side or grid power With the Multi Control Panel a maximum generator or shore current can be set. The MultiPlus will then take account of other AC loads and use whatever is extra for charging, thus preventing the generator or shore supply from being overloaded. PowerAssist – Boosting the capacity of shore or generator power Where peak power is so often required only for a limited period, the MultiPlus will make sure that insufficient shore or generator power is immediately compensated for by power from the battery. When the load reduces, the spare power is used to recharge the battery. High start-up power Needed to start high inrush loads such as power converters for LED lamps, halogen lamps or electric tools Programmable relay By default, the programmable relay is set as an alarm relay, i.e. the relay will de-energise in the event of an alarm or a pre-alarm (inverter almost too hot, ripple on the input almost too high, battery voltage almost too low). Victron Victron Energy 12V/90Ah AGM Deep Cycle Battery (BAT412800085) (M6)

Also included are a separate front bezel for a square or round display appearance, a securing ring for rear mounting and screws for front mounting. Midpoint voltage monitoring One bad cell or one bad battery can destroy a large, expensive battery bank. When batteries are connected in series, a timely warning can be generated by measuring the midpoint voltage. Please see the BMV manual, section 5.2, for more information. We recommend the Battery Balancer (BMS012201000) to maximize service life of series-connected lead-acid batteries. Very low current draw from the battery Current consumption: 0,7Ah per month (1mA) @12V and 0,6Ah per month (0,8mA) @ 24V Especially Li-ion batteries have virtually no capacity left when discharged until low voltage shutdown. After shutdown due to low cell voltage, the capacity reserve of a Li-ion battery is approximately 1Ah per 100Ah battery capacity. The battery will be damaged if the remaining capacity reserve is drawn from the battery. A residual current of 10mA for example may damage a 200Ah battery if the system is left in discharged state during more than 8 days. Bi-stable alarm relay Prevents increased current draw in case of an alarm. Victron Victron Energy Phoenix Inverter 48/3000 VE.Bus – PIN483020000
Features SinusMax – Superior engineering Developed for professional duty, the Phoenix range of inverters is suitable for the widest range of applications. The design criteria have been to produce a true sine wave inverter with optimized efficiency but without compromise in performance. Employing hybrid HF technology, the result is a top quality product with compact dimensions, light in weight and capable of supplying power, problem-free, to any load. Extra start-up power A unique feature of the SinusMax technology is very high start-up power. Conventional high frequency technology does not offer such extreme performance. Phoenix Inverters, however, are well suited to power up difficult loads such as refrigeration compressors, electric motors and similar appliances. Virtually unlimited power thanks to parallel and 3-phase operation capability Up to 6 units inverters can operate in parallel to achieve higher power output. Six 24/5000 units, for example, will provide 24kW / 30kVA output power. Operation in 3-phase configuration is also possible. To transfer the load to another AC source: the automatic transfer switch If an automatic transfer switch is required we recommend using the MultiPlus inverter/charger instead. The switch is included in these products and the charger function of the MultiPlus can be disabled. Computers and other electronic equipment will continue to operate without disruption because the MultiPlus features a very short switchover time (less than 20 milliseconds). Computer interface All models have a RS-485 port. All you need to connect to your PC is our MK3-USB VE.Bus to USB interface (see under accessories). Together with our VEConfigure software, which can be downloaded free of charge from our website, all parameters of the inverters can be customized. This includes output voltage and frequency, over and under voltage settings and programming the relay. This relay can for example be used to signal several alarm conditions, or to start a generator. The inverters can also be connected to VENet, the new power control network of Victron Energy, or to other computerized monitoring and control systems. Victron Victron Energy MultiPlus Compact 12/1200/50-16 VE.Bus – CMP121220000
CLICK HERE FOR SPEC SHEETS The MultiPlus, as the name suggests, is a combined inverter and charger in one elegant package. Its many features include a true sine wave inverter, adaptive charging, hybrid PowerAssist technology, plus multiple system integration features. Victron Victron Energy MultiPlus Compact 24/1600/40-16 VE.Bus – CMP241620000
